Christmas Day Lunch 2017 Escape the chaos of a traditional family get together and let the Grange Moor hotel team do all the hard work, our friendly staff will be delighted to serve you as you enjoy this very special time. You will enjoy a delicious four course meal and a glass of wine in a very festive atmosphere, the table will be yours all afternoon and there will be a present for the children. To secure your reservation, we will require a £20.00 per adult and £10.00 per child, final payment and menu choices are required by Friday 1st December 2017 Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable. There will be an additional charge of £2.99 per person per change made to your menu. Cost of the event Adults: £62.50 (Parties of 12 or more adults, 1 adult goes for free) Children 3-12 years: £31.50 High chairs: Free of Charge Christmas day luncheon is served in all three of our dining areas, we cannot guarantee which area your table will be allocated in. Roquefort cheese salad with pears, chicory & walnut oil dressing (V)(GF)

Smoked salmon parcels filled with cream cheese, chive and parsley (GF)

Duck rillette served with rosemary and sea salt toasted foccaccia, fragrant green tomato chutney ***

2nd Cours  

Gin and Tonic Sorbet (GF) or prawn cocktail cup

Mains 

Traditional turkey with chestnut stuffing, pigs in blanket, roasted parsnips and goose fat roast potatoes,

Rich pan gravy Rib eye of beef served with Yorkshire pudding, roasted parsnips and goose fat roast potatoes and rich pan gravy

French trimmed pork rack, served with creamy spring onion mash, roasted parsnips and pork jus (GF)

Spinach and mushroom soufflé topped with poached quail’s egg, crème fraiche dressing (V)

(All of the above served with braised shredded Brussels, spiced red cabbage, peas and carrots)

Smoked haddock and spring onion savoury cheesecake with a leek base and beetroot and apple compote
